A Foggy Window consists of two single sheets of glass called a “double pane” that is sealed together to make a window pane. Attempting to clean these windows would require separating the sealed glass from each other.
Even if you could do that, most likely you would end up breaking the glass before you could even clean them. Plus you would have to put them back together with a new spacer and seal them up which really needs to be done in a dust free environment (like a factory).
