Was a no brainer to do the replacement- saved us a lot of money. I asked about Low-E glass as the sun hits these windows for the majority of the day... got Low-E for the same price as regular glass. The installers were on time and friendly. They did a great job and the glass in our windows looks brand new!!! The original windows had the grids which made the house look old. The new windows are without grids and modernize and enhance the appearance. Most importantly, the cost was so much less than installing expensive vinal windows. Only replacing the original glass with eglass and leaving the frames intact also looked much more modern and attractive.
